Our mission is to provide exposure and opportunities, advocacy and empowerment while promoting education, the right to live a dream and ultimately improve our communities.  

The youth we serve have been physically and/or emotionally abandoned and abused  and we are committed to making sure that they feel safe, are empowered, pursue their dream and live their purpose.

We focus on foster youth who are preparing for emancipation, however, we serve and support all at-risk youth regardless of race, creed, ethnicity or religion.

Speak The Dream Foundation is a non-profit mentoring organization  for foster and other at-risk youth between the ages of 13 and 18.

We work hard to build self-esteem, confidence and help our youth to learn to set goals and achieve them.


One-to-One Mentoring
Our mentors are required to make an 18 month commitment to our youth to in order to be effective and consistent with our youth.  They must participate in our mentoring program for 6 months, identify their dream and attend school consistently to be eligible for The Dream Tour.  Our youth are provided with opportunities through  donors to will put them on the path to living their dream.  Our mentors are dedicated to helping our youth secure a promising future.



Peer-to-Peer Mentoring
Our youth are trained to be mentors in an effort to create leaders in the community and assist with their ability to positively interact with diverse peers and personalities.

Team Mentoring
The objective is to teach our youth to develop healthy peer relationships and learn how to communicate and work effectively with individuals of different communication styles.

The Dream Tour 
Our annual and incredibly life-changing 7-10 day tour to visit colleges, universities and famous landmarks. The express purpose of the tour is to promote education, expose youth to potential opportunities and share exciting expereiences that they will never forget.
