Nadine Lee-CEO/President
Nadine is a former foster youth who overcame abuse and aged out of the foster care system as a teen mother.  As a teen mother without a support system she persevered, attended college, worked hard and became a consummate professional and public speaker. Although for more than 30 years, Nadine had a successful career as an organizational and efficiency manager in the defense, non-profit, insurance and construction industries, her passion has always been to help children. 

She began pursuing her dream to help children by volunteering as a CASA (Court Appointed Special Advocate), became a foster parent, mentor and an avidpublic speaker to raise public awareness for abused and neglected children and Speak The Dream Foundation was borne.

As a dynamic public speaker, she is able to capture any audience with her passion, poise, sense of humor and love for children.
